We are looking for a Partner/ Practice Lead for one of their most prestigious and fastest growing units - Human Capital Transformation
Please note that you MUST have an outstanding record of achievements when it comes to:
- Generating a minimum of $4 million and more in annual consulting business by selling HR (consulting) services to F500 companies
- Digital HR transformation and change management (i.e. digital leadership, skills management / excellence centre and cultural transformation)
- HR IT process mapping and re-engineering
- People transformation in line with a firm’s corporate strategy
- Developing HR framework, person competences and job profiles
- Inspire clients on how to optimise their HR function and value proposition
- A national book of business (willingness to travel nationally) and proof of building lasting relationships
- Motivating, inspiring large consulting and project teams
- Likely to have Big 4 consulting experience (as in PWC, E&Y, etc.)
