SO HOW ABOUT YOU?
Your Task:
- Understand the latest market trends and consult our clients on positioning themselves to be ahead of the game
- Advise on strategy and execution of Application transformation (rationalization, cost leverage in operations)
- Application strategy development – how enterprise architecture drives sourcing strategy
- Create Organizational and Operating Models for Bi-Modal IT – Implement Enterprise Agility
- Legacy Modernization, Cloud Adoption & Migration
- Define future IT architecture (applications and infrastructure) of large global organizations
- Develop IT roadmaps to implement emerging technologies supporting digital business transformations
- Shape the future role of the IT department as a technology & service broker
- Help in business development activities, lead workshops and client engagements or parts of client engagements against agreed statements of work
- Be the trusted digital advisor for our Lead them through their complex transformations, as solution architect, strategy consultant, organization designer, sourcing expert, program manager or change agent
Your Qualification & Skills:
- BA or Master´s Degree in IT or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT transformation consulting or operational delivery
- Experience in managing digital projects or in structuring agile organizations and operations
- Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, apply structured thinking and presentation skills
- Be a self-starter and develop innovative solutions and new intellectual property
- Verbal and written fluency in both German and English
- Willingness to travel
